Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Bend, Oregon. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. We use FedEx or UPS for all ground or expedited shipping options.

US Shipping Costs

- Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
- Orders under $45 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
- Expedited shipping may be available.

International Shipping

For all international addresses, please contact us for pricing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

P.O. Boxes

If you need to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.


Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and include your order number. If your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no cost.

To start a return, please email us at info@neverspillagain.com. After contacting us, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us at info@neverspillagain.com

All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@neverspillagain.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on gift cards. However, products purchased with a gift card can be returned for store credit.

When will you ship my order?

We ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Often times, it will ship even faster.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping is via FedEx or UPS ground. Shipping times for the contiguous USA ranges from 1 to 5 business days. For Hawaii and Alaska, typical delivery times are between 4 and 7 business days.

Can you expedite my order?

Yes, we can expedite your shipment. During checkout, you will have the option for faster shipments.

How do I get free shipping?

If your order is $45 or more, you can get free ground shipping to the contiguous USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the USA and Canada with Flat Rates. If you live somewhere else, please contact us for shipping rates.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Bend, Oregon.
