However, we understand that things happen. This is why we've made the decision to provide an unconditional 2-year warranty.

Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers everything for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If anything happens, we will happily provide a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Please contact our customer service team using the contact form on the bottom of this page to get the ball rolling. We may ask for a photo of the damage so we can identify any potential opportunities for product improvement.

Replacement Process:
After you contact us, replacement products will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please allow for processing and shipping time for your replacement product to arrive.
